Terms of Service
I will draw feral, anthro, human or simple robot characters. Mild gore, violent themes, and horror (including body horror) are okay. I do accept NSFW commissions as well, examples of works can be found on my nsfw bluesky account. Most kinks are negotiable unless listed below.I won't draw hate symbols, portraits of real people, art involving zoo-, necro or pedophilia, hard kinks such as scat & watersports, complex machinery, or characters from existing media (games, movies, tv etc.) unless interacting with fan characters.If you are unsure about anything, shoot me a message and I'm sure we can work things out!
General
By commissioning me, you agree to my Terms of Service
You need to be of legal age
I reserve the right to change pricing as I see fit
I have the right to refuse a commission
You will need to provide visual reference of your character
Payment
Payment via PayPal invoice
For Finnish customers MobilePay or bank transfer also available
Payment will be taken in euros
I take payment after you've approved a sketch
Cancelling a commission is ok before you have approved the sketch
No refunds
Usage
I have the right to post the artwork on my platform, including using it as example work. You will be tagged on social media, if you provide your own handle.
You have the right to post the artwork you've bought on any platform, as long as credit is given to me either directly to here, or to my social platforms.
You do not have the right to claim the artwork is your own.
You are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of the commissioned artwork (including WIPs) for any blockchain technology, including non fungible tokens (NFTs). Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with blockchains, non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.
Usage of my artwork to train any AI programs is strictly prohibited.
